WORDS TO LIVE BY
“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”
“My community involvement comes from my role in the Student Senate at South High School. We discuss issues in our community like gun violence, and DACA. We try to come up with solutions, like when we held a DACA rally and gun violence rally at South and invited community leaders to join us in spreading awareness and increase conversation.”
WHY IS COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IMPORTANT?
“It’s important to be educated about issues in the community and seek involvement because that is how society progresses and creates solutions.”
IF I COULD CHANGE THE WORLD I WOULD...
“Bring awareness to the advantages of diversity.”
MY COLLEGE OF CHOICE
