Dear Publisher:

Your recent participation in the National Association of Hispanic Publications Conference in Las Vegas in which La Voz garnered nine Jose Marti Awards is a true testament to your continued efforts to provide our community with a professional newspaper that addresses the achievement, issues and goals of the Hispanic/Latino community.

You as the publisher of La Voz, have demonstrated a dedication and determination for all these years that is to be admired by our community. I want to say on behalf of our community — mil gracias.

As our community continues to grow and expand in every aspect, your role becomes more important. We will need information and reports on issues that affect our community in social, education, business, political, chambers, nonprofits, service organizations, immigration, legal and medical professions.
